Enjoy our first harvest, organic Uji Usucha Matcha. Carefully shade-grown and stone-milled, our matcha is earthy and rich in umami. It is packed with nutrients found in the tea leaves, such as catechins, vitamin C, vitamin E, dietary fiber, and various minerals. Best enjoyed by itself or infused with our Tahitian vanilla or agave.
